The Reacher in the series is more in keeping with the Lee Child version in his books. While Reacher has been updated to reflect modern day it doesn’t negatively impact the telling of the story. I liked how the Season 1 episodes followed the book The Killing Floor close enough that when you watched you had a sense of Déjà Vu. It’s well worth watching and I’m hoping they will follow up with future seasons,
