I use to love this game but over the past few years its quality has greatly reduced in so many ways and it’s almost becoming unenjoyable to play. Support and ticket system is useless. They never actually read or reply to you and only send automated replies that don’t address your issue or help you. They don’t take player harassment seriously and ignore mass griefing. Many players end up leaving because of toxic player environments. The game has become insanely over the top with damage, hardly any balancing in both PVE and PVP. The game constantly crashes and is unstable on console. They do maintenance on PC and end up taking down console servers and never actually address that this has happened but instead tell players to uninstall a 100+ gb game when the issue is on the servers end. I’ve been playing for over a decade and it’s really sad to see the game in this condition.
