While I like the show and there are amazing talented contestants the host. I wish so much cake wasn’t wasted. I’d rather see a slice of cake on individual plates or have the judges use a clean fork (I’m sure they are) eat off the one slice off each sampling. My main pet peeve is the host touching all over the cake maybe he can have an assistant with gloves to cut the cake. I would use one gloves hand to hold the cake and the other hand the knife. I wish the show had an audience to enjoy the treats.
