A solid action movie that remind me of simpler days of asian action movies back before 2010 era and hunger of plot twist, superheroes and deep rich lores movies. Yes its not for everyone, thats why for today landscape the movie seems too chaotic and unappealing resulting a lot of 1-3 star rating. The action takes almost entire movies and almost not telling any stories at all since too maby plotholes that really cant be explained. But if you compared it to 80-90 action movies like commandos, or more modern like machete kills. Its a movie like that. The ultimate protagonist that refuse to be defeated vs hundreds of enemies. Unrealistic af for a guy that isnt having superpowers. The story is simple, a asian guy that lost his memory get attacked by everyone and need to survive. He just called csrter but he isnt sure himself and follow the directions by cops/agent to get his memories back. With a ton of fightings. Just like that. But the story could be better. Pros but also flaw is the camera works. For me that love batman arkham, assassins creeds, GTA, etc. This pov is enjoyable, but for mainstream viewers it tend to get too much especially in last battle that I also agreed too much things going on. Another flaw is the durations of action in this pretty long movie. Yes its satisfying but fight happen too often that could be used to expand stories. John Wick is a good example to tell story and world buildings while maintaining majority of actions. I also agreed someone in review called this movie like action videgame than action movies. Makes me remember Jet Lee Rise to Honor lol. But if you stop thinking too much and enjoy full action movie like the raid, extraction, john wick, etc. This movie is hella entertaining. Kinda refreshing in todays movies that too relying on lame plot twist, hidden messages, superheroes tropes, etc. Wishing more movies like this in future but maintain the pacing and balance of action and plot/story. Recommended to watch, but if theres no more action movies

A good drama but i really dont like the story halfway. The base story is good, song hye kyo played as a blueblood rich AF woman that had her own company. On day when she visit other country that i forgot in europe lol. She lost her purse and dont have any ways to get back or even eat somehow. So finally she helped by a young man Park Bo Gum, the fruit seller to syrvive there. Eventually she found by her secretary and fly back to Korea. One day while she walk into her own company, she found the same fruit guy appear on his entrances. Apparently he become the new young employer on her company. But bcs of her status she obviously cant have relationship with him. Especially shes married once and much older than him. But in the end age is just a number in numerous korean drama lol. So how will bith if them survive this pressures and public eyes. Well the first 2 episodes make me hooked. But after 3 last episodes the drama feel kinda bit dragging. Those 3 episodes can be compressed into one. And the conclusion is happy but unreal. Also i felt Park Bo Gum character here is infuriating me. Yes he landed jackpot on a "princess" that never have real relarionship or experiencing normal live. But in the end when she choose her status and family plus his mom barring him that much. I think he should let go of her. Not being cold blooded here but o felt this relationship wont work in the end. This is why many blueblood story irl not working like this. Nie they back together but what hapoen if they went married? Have kids if she still can? How publics and gamily view those?? He just sell his own freedom i think. A one sided benefit as i see...

This is a very interesting drama that cover a cult based story that plaguing south korea rural areas. I think this series also inspired with real cult that almost famous enough and theres one church of that cult here in my countries lol. The leader isnt murderous as this drama but what he taught is pretty similar to this real life cult. So hell yeah this drama is an augmented reality drama lol... So the story started with 4 young men, who is jobless and dont know what to do in their life, suddenly face a pretty woman in an alley. The woman says "save me" from my cult. A simple start but a very good presentations of this cult plaguing the village is very interesting. Bcs this cult works similarly to missionary works that i once volunteered lol, so relateable!! Or maybe Im a cultist now? Idk idc. The leader is so charismatic even he looks like mr.white by chavo guerrero or the grandmaster from monster hunter world lol. This series is proof when a human is on their weak states of mind and depression, even a slight fake hopes can drive them into madness and blind faith. A pretty grim story i can say. Some of these is disturbing for some people i can guarantee. This is also rare drama that can hook me up to their story and world buildings. Slow pacing but with a good foundations. Also to mention too its the action scene, ruthless, fast paced, brutal and no stupid cut camera here and there like most "action drama". Whoever direct this is certified badass. The only flaw i got from here is how these 4 young guys only Taecyeon is reliable lol. Other 3 is just comedic relief or filler in their roles, they should be more fleshed out. So this is a recommended drama. A drama not rely to romance, a drama not relying to rich and poor office drama, a drama not rely to joseon or goryeo plot that getting older each time for me, Watch it and please for more fun factor try to see tour own religion communities. Do they have same trait as these cults? Can you save yourself if your religion reaching this path?? Well time to be atheist or agnostic lol. Yet to see 2nd season that a prequel to this one. But I'll watch it. Hope its as good as this one..

Ah another from past to future drama that always took a similar story of Gap Dong style serial killer. This time, detective Park Gwang Ho is nearly solved the gap dong style murder in 1987. But after he finally get his hands to the criminal, they passed a tunnel and gwang ho spawned in 2017. He confused and try to blend in while finding out how to get back to his own time. But in the future he realised the killer is still out there alive and he must find the answer who is the killer in the future. The story is a little bit mainstream bcs those gap dong related drama since memories of murder movie classic always be loved by every mystery fans. But a slight variation like suddenly go to future to solve the case is good. Also certain side characters in this series somehow related closely to what happen in 1987 is very good twist. Also how all clues we find about the murderer suddenly twisted again to us. The pacing sometimes is slow and some plotholes like how the hell nobody recognize gwang ho as he has high enough rank and theres only 1 guy still recognize him in police department is baffling. He should be in database of missing people, someone should recognize him logically. Especially his daughter. Also why he transderred to future not explained at all. Why that tunnel inly works when he and the murderer passing to that place isnt explained. Nonetheless is a good series but it could be better. Recommended

A suprisingly good film. Im a fan of Kim Nam Gil and this is the first time i saw him as a pure evil antagonist. The story is started about old man Byeong-Soo (Sol Kyung-Gu) with alzheimer or dementia that have a daughter that look too sexy and tall Eun-Hee (Seol Hyun). In his past, he was a serial killer, what a way to wash his sins lol. One day, he remembers that a man he got into a car accident with is also a killer. That man is Min Tae-Joo (Kim Nam-Gil). Meanwhile, Min Tae-Joo begins to make moves to Byeong-Soo's daughter. To protect his daughter, Byeong-Soo struggles to retain his memory and to kill Tae-Joo before her daughter become his next victim. A interesting story. Really. Pairing alzheimer with heartwarming story is common but pairing this with a mystery serial killer is a very fresh idea lol. The tiwst, the struggle the pacing really crafted carefully and coming into full circle in the end. But i cant say im satisfied with the ending lol. Especially i felt eun hee characters is just a eye candy. Seol hyun is a bad actress to play this role. Should choose another girl that can potray much better expression or "natural feel conversations" than her. Also the world building coyld be better, as a serial killer I dont see much of byeong soo career before his alzheimer kicking. I dont see giod father and daughter relationship building is enough for me to feel sad or sorry. But Kim Nam Gil as serial killer is really really likeable lol. Hes like jojo antagonist that i need!!! Except how a young guy like him can be beaten by old man is baffling me. A good drama that yeah its an Ok to watch. Memorable? A bit, but cherished? No...

This drama is a good drama but lacks a bit of things that leave some stinky smell Na Bong-Sun (Park Bo-Young) works as an assistant chef. Because of her timid, dark, introverted and low self-esteem, she doesn't have any friends. Even her colleagues and her boss sometimes got enough with her especially she make mistakes bcs shr always see ghost distract her. Since she was a child, she has been able to ghosts because of her shaman grandmother. One day, she becomes possessed by seductress ghost Shin Soon-Ae that a complete opoosite personality to her. Minus she cant cook as good as her. Kang Sun-Woo (Cho Jung-Seok) her boss is the star chef. He noticed with other male coworkers Na Bong-Sun has changed completely, she become likeable, cheerful and more open. Sometimes make them angry but sometimes enlightening. The boss even though he is popular with women, he has yet to get over his ex-girlfriend. But bcs of bong sun, he started to open his heart little by little. Real na bong sun also benefited by her ghost and slowly changed to be a better person. A good drama that teach you more about cooking, how a workflow of korean restaurant, how to maintain wuality of restaurant, and ofc marketing your own restaurant. Similar to hells kitchen and masterchef lol with less competitions and swearing and filled with korean drama. I think cho jung seok can actually cook. Bcs some scene that deboning fish or cutting certain vegetables he actually do it with out zoom in to only hands or body oriented angle. Its suprising for me lol. Bo young that play 2 personalities is very believeable. Shes clearly floor it especially with those good comedic timing. Dotm forget the ghost kim seul gi is a good actress that at first i think we will rarely see her but through series shes a good character on her own especially the sad revelation of how she died. Flaw of this drama maybe near end of series those masterchef/hells kitchen fade away, things that korean drama always do after the romance angle is completed and nearly the end. Plus i kinda confused how kang Sun Woo become famous and how he grieved about her ex girlfriend so much. She isnt that special to me lol. I know its shin hye sun my favorite girl but her character here is very bland... A actually good park bo young drama and a bit serious character of cho jung seok potrayed here is worth watching. Recommended..

One of my favorite drama. A mystery, horror, actions drama that rarely spawned on tv. Another jisung best drama. Park Jung-Woo is a prosecutor at Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office. One day, he wakes up and finds himself in locked up at the police station. He has temporary amnesia. Turn out he just got death sentences bcs he killed his own wife and daughter. But he dont remember it at all and want to find the truth. Meanwhile our antagonist uhm ki joon my favorite stoic nerdy antagonist is playing twins. A nice businessman and a psychotic women abuser. The woman abuser once upon a time killed a women. His nice brother came and saying hes beyond redemption. He later killed his own brither and took over his identity. Jisung know about this fraud try to prove kijoon impostor and his crimes. But ki joon set him up and make jisung believe and entire media believe he killed his own family. How will jisung proved hes innocent? How he can avenge his family? A really heavy, grim and well tought story. Good pacing, good actions, good acting by everyone. A rare dramas that can make me immersed to their story. A definite watxh for mystery lover like me!! The amount of twist and tricks played here is amusing. The clever storytelling with shines both protagonist and antagonist. Also a good prison life simulator in korea with ofc dramatized. Recommended...

Another good rom-com drama starred by lost girlband minah and namgoongmin my favorite actor. Love story of two sisters and two men. The older sister potrayed to has everything better than minah, including a beautiful appearance, smart, rich, talented and the younger sister is clumsy, klutz, and naive. And she burn her head and had blad spot so you will see minah wearing bad wig almost entire series. Wow. One of the men lives on a rooftop apartment and the other man comes from a wealthy family. The men that live on the rooftop is namgoong min played as dante (idk if its his name but its sounded a lot like dante. Pretty cool name), the somehow lazy, unpredictable, and foolish guy but its all an act to find his missing brother. Started as light heartwarming drama into somewhat usual rich people wealth war. From title i tought gong shim (minah) is the main protagonist and main story. But reaching to middle of series, dante story is much more interesting and well tought. Minah suddenly felt like side character throughout the end of series. Shes only serve as romance and comedic relief to dante. Story pacing is kinda mess. Sometimes its a usual daily life with comedic relief. Sometimes is a office rich oriented drama. Plotholes also filled in lack of details how his brother dissappearances, lack of details how antagonist find out whos hes really are through toothbrush, etc. In the end the title of this drama clearly not fit the story lol. But is it recommended? As a simple drama to wait other better drama episodes each weeks, its OK drama. Sometimes fun, sometimes heartwarming, sometimes tense, and confusing a bit..

The ads of this drama is pure clickbait lol. Even the stupod warning at start of each episode s that this drama can induce fear or jumpscares. Whoever got spooked bcs of this should prepare their last will sooner lol. The story started with Tae Gong Sil (Gong Hyo Jin) that able to see, exorcise and being possessed by ghost bcs of accident. One day when she accidently meet Jong won (So Ji sub) those pesky ghost dissapears. Jong won also helped bcs those ghost getting in his way for buying a land that the owner is cursed by ghost that own the land. How does this couple adventure go? A good rom-com with thriller-horror?? Genre as topping. This drama is the one introduce me to gong hyo jin. One of my favorite female main protagonist. Shes able to make me laugh, make me angry, and make me sad. Versatile actress and really do a good job on it. So ji sub also a good male lead, i hate him at first tho, but in the end hes likeable. I watched this drama a long time ago so i dont clearly remember the story. But i never get bored of this drama, the comedy on spot, especially the spinning trash can lid ghost. My favorite. The story is good, the pacing is enjoyable and some ghost problems escalates truly to characters buildings. A really good series. I'd like to revisit this series soon lol. So yes i recommend this one. A unique female protagonist mixed with horror is pretty good. And i dare to say this drama is miles better than Hwayugi that share similar concept.

I watched this drama at first bcs I already read the manhwa webtoon version first. The webtoon version isnt my cup of tea. A regular cheesy love story. But i try to see how this drama potrayed in live actions. The story is pretty simple. A "ugly?" girl named kim junggyeong had enough bullied by her classmates bcs somehow with just pimples and dry skins considered as greatest sins that she got witch hunted by all of her classmates in school. Idk if this accurate in south korea? Or over dramatize? Idk. So she eventually go to other school that barely know her, so she tried to apply some make up to her face and wow she suddenly beautiful. The power of make up!! And nobody can see her "make up" and regard that was her real face! (shes just as good as clark kent or maybe shes a witch after all). So everyone is simping an glorify her as idols in her school. And later she set eyes to a perfect male named Suho that every girls dream to be boyfriend but hes so dense and cold. Theres another handsome guy named han seo joon that clearly more handsome in live action lol than suho take interest to im junggyeong bcs shes somehow can enjoy friends with him a known "punk or delinquent" that also good at singing. So how kim junggyeong hide her real face and getting suho love adventures? Just from my summary of the series its just a typical highschool romance. But presented with good portions of romance, seriousness, comedy and a bit knowledge about make ups, korean school culture??, and good cafes. A good side drama to watch other series that not present on tv that day of the week. I watched it to the end and well its a well packaged drama. No episodes feel draggy, no episodes is boring or too serious, no episodes lack of main story progress. A quite enjoyable I say. The actress at first i think shes not fit enough as the sudedenly pretty girl bcs shes really dont look that different with or without make ups really. But seeing some of her athletic moves like rolling, wall jumping from escalators, fight like Lili in tekken 7 games finally make me understand why shes perfect for main protagonist role. Han seo joon actor is perfect match to webtoon counterpart, I liked him in this drama except when he sings. He clearly cant play real guitar so why shoving it to viewers many times to notice that he just cant play it. Suho actor is good looking but i dont think hes perfect actor to play as suho. Hes too "feminine??" in many ways, like his emotions, actions, certain body languages and some of his coolness kinda forced? Idk hes not that suitable for this role. The webtoon suho much more manlier potrayed than the drama. And kang soo jin, shes had those traits to be antagonist, but i cant see the actress potrayed as "the smartest and prettiest girl" before im junggyeong based on look lol. But regardless shes really a good actress and pull off one good hated abtagonist that redeemable. Rest of the cadt i like juggyeong sister and her boyfriend the PE teacher. Also i liked juggyeong father and mother relationship presented as comedic relief lol. Other things to mention here is the fight scene in the karaoke bar, those actiin is really good, whoever director of these scenes should make actions series or movies more. Still miles better than joseon or goryeo settings of many drama ive ever watch nowadays. The flaw maybe its too cheesy, Some inconsistency, sone small plotholes, some small editing mistakes, etc. Do I recommend it? Well yeah, its a lighhearted drama that everyone can digest. Do this memorable, umm no. Everything in this drama cheesyness already present at other dramas..
