(Spoilers ahead!) Wow, just amazing. So amazingly amazing. What am I even saying? Whatever, it's not like I'm lying. I just cannot express with words how good this drama was. The plot, the portrayal of all characters as well as each and every one of their emotions were beautifully crafted throughout the drama of twinkling watermelon. I have never cried so much, or laughed so much in fact, at the antics of characters in a drama. Although the romance between On Eun Yu and Ha Eun Gyeol was just chef's kiss (Sorry, I don't know the actors' names), the one I truly loved and empathized with was definitely Yoon Chung Ah. I mean, I even went as far as searching up her name! (Shim Eun Soo). I may not be deaf, but her hardships and the way she overcame them always brought tears to my eyes. The way she trusted Yi Chan, the way she slapped that evil principal, and the way she finally became someone so so so strong and happy was really motivating. Honestly, how can someone be so bright and cheerful even after all the things that have happened to her? Her character was incredibly encouraging and really 'twinkled'(lol) for me, especially when she smiled in front of Yi Chan with the cat. Let's not forget Ha Yi Chan, who really made the entire plot just goofy, funny and silly to watch with his ridiculous antics that got me constantly rewinding back throughout the episode and giggling like an idiot. The beautiful chemistry weaved by Ha Yi Chan and Yoon Chung Ah was just... stunning. The way they interacted, and the way Yi Chan confessed was beyond adorable and cute. I could not stop kicking my feet under the covers. Oh! I also absolutely adored each and every character in this story, including the bandsman AND Oh Ma Joo (His character was really nice too!). I hope the main characters (Ha Yi Chan and Yoon Chung Ah) collaborate on more projects together (Since their chemistry is insanely beautiful!) and I really look forward to seeing characters played by Shim Eun Soo again (I'm seriously a big fan of hers now!!) Now then everyone, as Master always said 'Viva La Vida' (LONG LIVE LIFE!!!!) to all the people in the drama, I hope, just like how it did for the characters, your life twinkles ever so brightly with this story.
