I had a bit of a mixed review with this movie. Most of the other reviews, they either loved it and thought it was brilliant or hated it and thought it was left-wing propaganda. I for one liked it but didn’t find it amazing. I did see both sides at how distracted we are with pop culture and how we let the news and media control us more than we think but I will say some of the jokes did seem more left leaning(kind of like a long SNL skit). It would’ve been nice to see a little more of an equal take on it. Kind of how “Veep” portrays things but overall it wasnt bad. I will say that for a movie that goes to show how distracted we are with pop culture and entertainment and how politicians are really only in it for themselves, they sure did spend close to hundred million literally just paying the actors so it was kind of like contradicting itself lol.
