Entertaining from start to finish!
Not too creepy scary. It sucks you in right away. Lots of twists & turns. Not too many moments where youโre annoyed with the character for doing the exact opposite of what is common sense for a given situation. Surprisingly was able to play out several scenes where you think theyโre going to be that person but you end up saying, โGood Girl!โ, instead. Even scenes where you are expecting the character to completely miss the mark or opportunity and then they do it right- and better. Great script. Acting is fine- no Oscar performances but decent actors, playing their parts, genuinely, for main roles. Not too many stereotypes or archetypes that are so glaring that they distract. Builds piece at a time, without leaving you able to guess whatโs next- my favorite part, as someone always calling the ending, at least half way through. Youโre going to be torn between two love interests, without ever knowing if one even has a shot (still donโt- only halfway through it). No plot holes, yet, from an expert. Only beef is that they have managed to tie too many things together and it gets close to ridiculous, in one scene (SPOILER ALERT! Really? Dad somehow notices the necklace & tries to cover it up without even asking his daughter a single question? Youโve got 3.5 episodes left to sell me on that one!)
Will update, if the ending sucks or something. So far, itโs 11:35pm and Iโm wondering if Iโll fall asleep, tonight or find out if the ending sucks.
