The showrunners have done an excellent job at putting the world of grisha from book to life. Those tiny details that would be otherwise missed by non readers are there and it pleases the book readers. They have changed quite a lot of plot but it doesn't seem forced. As of now the crows couldn't make their epic plan work and that is a bit disappointing but given that the team of six of crows isn't completed yet, I'd give them this benefit of doubt. I noticed that inej and Jesper often did things on their own, disobeying kaz, which rarely happened in the books. Kaz was the leader of dregs and the crows and his biggest flex was his mind, i seemed to miss that in the show as none of his plan worked or he pretty much didn't anything. Hopefully we'll see more of him and his epic plans which actually work, in the next season when wylan joins the show and crows are complete. The show kept me at my toes and needless to say, i was blown away by the sound effects and the plot.
