One of the worst adaptation in Human history. Period. I think the script writers didn't read the actual novel and used some cheap GPT solutions to generate the screenplay. Worst ever directing, character development and story arc. Characters are throwing random dialogues which never justifies their motivation. I imagined Nemo from the novel as a charismatic leader, but here he is always confused and lacks any strong presence. Some road side storyteller could execute it better than this team, no wonder why Disney canceled it. I literally envy Joules Verne as he already died and didn't have to tolerate this massacre. It still haunts me in my dream. Forgive us Joules.
