I wish I didn't know the source material so well because then I might just enjoy the show as a disposable yet enjoyable fantasy romp, but I do know and love the source material so as sad as it makes me to say this is an absolute cluster f##k of an adaptation, I'd have given it 3 stars if it was its own thing and they weren't walking round with some of my favourite literary characters names but seeing as they are, here's your 1 star, parts of this remind me of Joel Schumachers Batman abominations, dayglow graffiti is a sure sign of a mind that has run out of ideas, please skip and if your really interested in what the discworld is then read the books or seek out the Sky adaptations at least they feel like they were trying to honour Sir Terry Pratchetts work

On the positive It's coherent now but still boring and the special effects are still rubbish and the look they went for at the big boss fight is truly truly terrible but truly the worse part is all the setup it does for a universe that is never ever going to happen and what a waste of Batfleck

Great Film Kids loved it, they're singing the songs, you know how Soul was the Pixar film about music that forgot it was supposed to be for kids, well this has kids front and center, not a laugh a minute but engaging and entertaining We bounce to the beat of our own drum 🥁
