Americas Test Kitchen is a great cooking show.
However, they should not be in the business of selling products since they tell you that something is shipping and it does not.
It took a week of phone calls and emails to finally have my product shipped when they told me on Wednesday that "as we speak" my product was being prepared for shipping and that I would receive an email to enable me to track it. It did not ship until the weekend and I had to call on Monday morning to find this out.
