This show does an incredible job of portraying emotions in a way that feels raw and genuine. Every glance, every small act of care between Ae-sun and her mother carries so much weight. You can truly feel the struggles of a mother trying to give her daughter a better life, and later, Ae-sun’s determination to provide everything for her own child that she never had. It’s a full-circle story that tugs at your heartstrings.

The film lacks a solid direction and fails to accurately reflect the real events of the IC814 hijacking. I wish the director and scriptwriter had treated this incident with the seriousness it deserves before turning it into a movie. Even in this film, the terrorists are portrayed in an overly sympathetic manner. When it was clear that ISI had a hand in attempting to free Masood Azhar, the film made no effort to show this connection and instead portrayed the terrorists with Hindu names.This is definitely not the kind of movie I was hoping for—disappointing & inauthentic.
