For over 2 decades Rob Zombie has continuously been a staple of horror-infused American Rock & Roll and Cinema culture and this album may very well be their best work yet. Each track is very purposefully it's own sonic journey. With certain tracks relying on the listener to invoke overbearing levels of "Hellbilly Deluxe" nostalgia... and other tracks effortlessly attempting to bend genres with Country-Western moments that stir up significant feelings of Americana and Punk Rock moments that redefine what it means to be a considered a threat in more than one generation of Rock music. Toss all that into a pot and stir it up and you'll find that you forgot to add the Citar interludes that tie together some of the heaviest moments on the album, all the while making you feel like you're listening to traditional Eastern Indian folk music. That is... Until the MOOG starts up and brings you back to the golden age of disco. I give this album a score of A++ for making me feel like it's 1998 all over again... and I couldn't be more excited about it. This album deserves it's flowers.
