Law enforcement come forth as unprofessional and slow to act on everything. The hospital looks more like an industrial-styled office building and is oddly understaffed. Medical staff never examines the young girl after being admitted. People held in captivity for long periods of time in conditions portraid in this series would be quite malnourished, but the victims look rather healthy, especially the children. The police dogs freak out when the security guard appears and no one finds this suspicious? Police search and clear the entire building but don't find the boy until they learn of his position over the phone? Details like these make the story very unbelievable. The acting and voiceover isn't great . This could have been a really compelling, gripping story, but so many things annoyed me that I stopped watching by E4.
