a cute scary story type movie. it's not ultra high grade or anything. but it is professionally done. it's fun in a way that you can get into if you abandon skepticism and let yourself enjoy the funny exaggerated (but still good) theatricality of it. for some reason, i like watching this type of movie to escape when i'm overwhelmed, sick, or in pain. it captures the imagination.
