The movie was thrilling because of the unexpected events being revealed slowly. Hyun Bin playing as the villain is something new and he played it well. Unexpectedly, I liked his character because there is more to it than just being a hostage-taker. Son Ye Jin also did a great job as the negotiator in the movie. She was more than just an inspector, she had compassion for the crisis and brought justice to the story.
