While not the best show I've watched so far, it seems to be heading in the right direction. I appreciated the use of female characters not because star wars wanted to be inclusive (although that was probably part of it) but because those characters were already in the Star Wars universe with unfinished stories. Not only that, but all the female characters are individuals with different personalities and values. Not only that, but this series is attempting to bring in more Star Wars lore, and while it is too early to tell if they will successfully incorporate it, the little easter eggs are good enough to make anyone excited for the rest of the series.
