I came across your show by chance when I turned on the TV this morning. Since I take care of my 1 1/2 year old grandson I thought I'd check it out. I'm always on the look out for fun educational shows. Though it is a little old for him I watched it for a short time to check it out. I was frustrated only a short time into it when I heard the girl talk. It was the Albert Einstein episode. The girl said she didn't know something but she did know what to do with the button. What I was bothered by was the word pronunciation. The idea that a show was written, cast, put into production & aired with no one catching or worse approved of the fact the girl does not pronounce words right. The word is "buTTon" not "bu-on". This is an educational show & young impressionable children need be presented things in the correct way. For some reason there is a population of young people who finds no need for consonants in the middle of words. They do not actually know how to pronounce the words or just do not feel the need to. I have yet to find an answer to why this has been happening. But to find it on a child's educational TV show is unacceptable & I will not be adding it to my grandson's viewing with this error in teaching. I am not a teacher or by no means perfect in teaching and that is why I depend on an educational show to present correctly. Language is a big deal in the early formidable years.
