long time fan of both series of the avatar from nick since i was a kid watch the live action though couldnt do it for me they changed the characters attitudes and just did very very little justice to the animated series 8 episodes one hour long a piece yeah they can trim fat from the animated but they took it and basically made a new show does it have some of the original show in it yes it does but not how a fan of the series would like is it better then the movie that was made yes i will never take that away from it but it isnt what someone who grew up on this show would want if youve never watched it as a kid and are seeing for the first time sure it would be a good show to watch but not as a fan from the old days
