Gonna be honest this is the only movie I have considered walking out of, I was struggling to stay awake for the beginning portion and I may have dosed off a bit in the middle. The dinosaurs are good as always (though underused) but I think the characters and dialogue have hit a series low, there is very little to say about anyone in this film, the only one who experienced any form of change is the Boyfreind who I wanted to see as mosasaur chum at the beginning of the film. There is also so little stakes, you never feel the characters are in real danger, even when the child is in “danger” you know she survives because they wouldn’t kill the kid in a pg-13 movie. It’s overall a worse interpretation of Jurassic park 3. The dialogue is generally painful, the characters have somewhat decent chemistry but the dialogue is atrocious and the jokes are so corny and weak. I would say this franchise deserves an extinction to put it out of its misery, however it will continue to survive as this movie proves no matter how little they care and effort they put in, people will still pay money to watch these increasingly boring and unimaginative movies.

The movie was kind of sloppy. It feels like it wants to be Winter Soldier but only succeeds in being a sequel to a 17 year old Hulk movie no one has watched since it was in theaters. If you didn't watch Falcon and the winter soldier you will be somewhat confused. Red hulk is only in it for 5 minutes and Bucky shows up for 5 seconds to collect a check. Giancarlo Esposito is horribly wasted in this film only appearing for a short time and adding nothing to the story. The movie set out to prove Sam Wilson can be Captain America but unlike Steve Rogers the title doesn't feel earned. We are less than a year from the next avengers and this movie does nothing to show who will be on the team. Without Chris Evans IDK if this franchise can recover
