This series is such a wonderful blend of all previous versions of the Ninja Turtles without feeling stale or overdone. It's not afraid to go dark but they keep it equally light-hearted. It was obviously made by a team that are themselves fans of the franchise. And they went above and beyond. It really deserved more than 5 seasons.
