What kind of Judge tell a victim that it was their fault they got hit by a car as they're crossing the street! Judge Milian basically made my child feel less as person. I wonder if my daughter was a white woman that got struck with the car. It would have been a different outcome. You didn't give my daughter the opportunity to speak up for herself.
