It's like a trainwreck you can't take your eyes off of. #PoorBrendaMyAss! The character claims to only want to know why they abandoned her as a baby but never stops to actually ask them why. I wouldn't blame someone who at least made an honest attempt but alas... This wouldn't be a drama! I'm watching in English dub and the voice actors do a very good job of portraying the characters' inflections and reactions. I'm toward the end of the series and have now become annoyed with Brenda. Brenda...Brenda...Brenda... They may have stretched the storyline out a bit much, hence my being annoyed, but I'm still waiting for the end.
