I started rewatching Secret Life of an American Teenager.
This show did NOT age well.
On top of the major sexist and misogynistic themes, the first time Amy and Ricky got intimate was SA, even if that wasn't the writer's intention. Amy admits multiple times to not knowing what was happening and how she didn't even know they had intercourse until she found out she was pregnant.
Seriously, how was the aired?
