The casting was a bit weird, but, recalling how Comey was treated in the days before and after the election, this serves to set the record straight. As in life, the contrast between Trump and Comey couldn't be more stark. One is a pathological liar who thinks like a criminal, and set off real alarm bells within the intelligence communities of many nations, including our own. We can all see how that's turned out. The other is a life-long civil servant, who maybe a bit on the 'boyscout-ish' side, but really believed in the mission of the FBI, it's employees and it's charter to protect America. Trump is who he is. The future will vindicate James Comey as a truth teller, while Trump will be lucky if he stays out of prison.
