My experience in the beginning was not the best. But Gracie was able to fix it to my satisfaction. She was absolutely lovely and was very informed. She even gave us a good recommendation on food places in the area. And when we called for directions to the Super 8 she gave us great directions. Wish there were more people like her. The person who had checked me in was rather rude but in the morning Gracie made up for it! 5 stars for her!
