Nah Bro

Just really really boring. A huge waste of the many very interesting concepts they could’ve done with this movie. Everything achieved by this movie was already shown by the opening of A Quiet Place 2. That scene was super captivating and tense… but we didn’t need 2 more hours of it. They could’ve done a lot more with this movie. If they didn’t plan on attaching us to a main character it would’ve been cool to have the “main” character shift between people with different goals but LET them fail and die to really give us fear or realization of the carnage and how it doesn’t just work out. Between Joseph Quinn, the aliens being carbon copies of demogorgens, and the uninteresting plot it felt like an episode of stranger things… snore. Cat was cool, although it definitely should’ve died like 10 times. Spoiler- - - - - - I did like the scene at the end where she kills herself with the music. But maybe it’s not a great thing I did not care AT ALL about the character dying because she didn’t DO anything the whole movie. You can only have people crouch behind a car wide eyed with the sounds of the monster in the background so many times before we get the point.
