Rise of Skywalker Review SPOILERS Decent movie overall but felt very rushed at times. For example, the whole First order spy subplot was very rushed and we were never given a true reason to why General Hux leaked info to the resistance. Instead of a backstory, he is killed instantly once the heroes leave the command ship. I think that Disney was too reliant on nostalgia rather than making a real, original movie to end off the Skywalker era. As a long time star wars fan, the ending seemed underwhelming. I truly expected a lot more to end off this trilogy but instead the ending was rushed and relied on nostalgia to make it good.
