Predictable, formulaic, uninspired, cliche garbage. The new characters are simply vehicles for cheap jokes that aren't funny and the returning characters retread the exact same arcs from the last movie.
The boring characters means there's little investment in them which leaves the actions scenes lacking stakes and as a result, little more than mind numbing filler scenes.
