I really like Michael M, he's funny and cares about the planets future and our health, but this book could've been written in max 50 pages.
His most important page is page 61, he could've extended that page to more than one page, because this is where he explains to us the importance of amounts when it comes to protein, this book has many references to the worlds dietary 'studies' I would've preferred more recipes than a read about a locust study.
I bought my book on the day it was released, but 100 pages in, and all I was doing was yawning and hoping that Stage 1 of this read would appear somewhere, it eventually did on page 110, but it was more stories and less personal for what I needed to kick start my keto fast.
