I'm officially heartbroken. This movie is an absolute masterpiece, I loved every second of it as much as I hated every inch of Briony. I don't care if she was young and dumb, I wanted them to live happily . I cried my eyes out .

I loved it, though I cried so much at the end, I mean, it's so sad, and I wouldn't say I didn't expect it, but I had hope for them to both survive with their baby . But that's not how reality works I guess... Wars suck ... Both Amandla Stenberg and George Mackay were wonderful in those roles, I'd love to see them in even more romance movies in the future .
