As per the last reviewer. All the loose ends shoved into the last episode, except they weren't all resolved. What happened to the restaurant, who owns it now? Who does the land the house stood on belong to? Does the scouser now get access to his little boy.
Since it was all shoe horned in so badly the other question would be who cares?
