So sad because this book was so highly rated but this wasn’t it for me. If you like books about over wordy sceneries and “injustice”, this book is for you. I don’t know if it’s because it’s set in the 1950-69 but the reading made my head hurt. The southern accents dialogue was just so hard to read and a lot of the scenarios in this book just didn’t make sense. Not an easy read!! Wish I saw this somewhere
