Not only is is so helpful as a renter but as a landlord I want this book in every rental. It is clear with so many pictures and easy to reference videos but also has wellness checks along the way! She gets that this stuff can be stressful for people.who don't do handy work regularly. Again, as a landlord I'll be buying one for all my renters!!!
