No detailed spoilers, but if you want to be 100% surprised when watching, don't read this review.
So, final thoughts on the movie: it was just okay. Channing's character remained annoying and douchey throughout with maybe a handful of redeemable moments. Loved the dog, but how he was with her was frustrating as someone who knows dogs and what they need.
Don't feel like I'm spoiling much here since I think we could all predict the movie: mismatched pair eventually bond with each other.
With that said, the bond took way too long. There was a quick 5 minute montage of their great life at the end, but that's it.
Channing was a douche for 97% of the movie and finally turned it around for a brief level of satisfaction.
But the dog, Lulu, so great, I love her. She just needed a non-douche by her side.
In any case, it's a decent movie and worth the watch, but could have been way better.
