Based on what I have played of the game thus far I can truly say that my experience has been stupendous overall. I am enthralled by the fluidity of the combat as well as the gore that is produced by each individual weapon type. The gore that is garnered by each swing or slash of your weapon is appalling and meticulous, the results are absolutely harrowing and devised precisely by the creators of the game. Combat is my opinion is just immaculate, it can feel slow at times, but it is all dependent on the weapon the wielded. Right now I am using a guarded mace which allows me pulverize my enemies with haste and is absolutely a blast to use. I have also been utilizing a claymore that I have acquired early on in the game but have upgraded it as well as the mace religiously to keep them on my level as they are my favorites to use thus far. I would have to say in a game like this that I am not playing it for the storyline, but more so the enticing combat and the somewhat morbid humor the game poses. I haven’t gotten through the whole game yet, so i will update accordingly.
