I had to stop watching halfway though episode 5. My brother died 14 years ago of this terrible disease and the scenes in this drama are so true to life. The writers and director are spot on with the way AIDS impacted life and took life in the gay community. ‘Paul’ who died in the hospital bed was the spitting image of my brother. The most hard hitting drama’s I have watched (or rather, tried to watch) in years. It touched emotions I have suppressed for years.
