I convinced a friend to finally watch all the movies, a marathon of note, in preparation. And that effort was certainly not wasted. It has been a very long time that I gasped and covered my face in a theatre. The movie has a good mix of good old faithful, tried and tested sci-fi bits, but enough originality and creativity to truly keep you mesmerized. Definitely up there in my top 3 at least. More nuance is given to synthetics, on a similar note to David in later movies, without leaning too heavily into philosophical debates. Truly enjoyable and horrifying.

Amazingly produced. Interesting and thought-provoking parallels, and makes you think deeply about current issues and relationships with power and between men and women. Watched with my boyfriend and the discussions it sparked were fascinating.

Sincerely one of the best feel-good shows I've watched. Easy to watch and made me laugh continuously. Super heartfelt and just absolutely lovely. Walks a perfect balance between funny and sad, and doesn't go overboard on the drama.
