Basically was fun to watch. Enjoyed the story, the comedy and the action too.

Pretty entertaining to watch. Decent humour.

I thought it was an important addition the Marvel cannon but as a stand alone movie it was abit disappointing. The actors were great though. It had moments of brilliance. It held so much promise at the start. The bus scene started off with brilliant choreography but in that same scene also, it just becomes way over the top with the bus breaking down etc. The other action scenes were good too, sometimes abit long, but all totally ruined by the addition of a big CGI creature for the final fight. It felt good to see some diversity in Marvel's roster but some things felt forced, like because their Asian, let's shoe horn a dragon in there for good measure. The focus of the movie chopped and changed too much. Like it went from a story about self rediscovery turned into material arts movie into hero vs villain movie into Godzilla vs Ghidorah type monster movie. I found myself bored if it alot of the time. But hopefully it'll evolve into something better.

This was a great remake. Probably even funnier and definitely as entertaining as the original. Really enjoyed it.
