How on earth can Greg Wallace be a judge on this program, young people's careers depend on this show, yet he has the gall to criticise young chefs on the food they produce on this show, sorry but Greg is no chef nore is he a food critic , in fact he was a green grocer with failed restaurant business under his name, please get rid of him, he has no place on this show, make it fairer on the young chefs who should be judged by professional chefs not halfwits who spoil this program. Great show but only three stars because of Greg Wallace.
