This movie is a remake of the Hindi film Humraaz starring Ameesha Patel, Bobby Deol, and Akshaye Khanna. Both the movies share a similar storyline to Alfred Hitchcock's "Dial M For Murder."
The story is about a gold-digger and her cunning boyfriend trying to trap a mannered, caring businessman.
All the actors have done a good job and this movie is great for a one-time watch.

It is an OK movie. I watch it only because it reminds me of my childhood and Karishma Kapoor. Love the song Chori Chori. It's a typical David Dhawan movie. Nothing special.
