After logging over 50 hours in the Mass Effect Legendary Edition, I have successful 100% the first game and loved my time with it. In the middle of the second game as we speak. The new coat of polish definitely helps, and the updated gameplay to the original brings 2007 back in your living room. The game still feels like an older game, but a great older game. I only encountered one bug in the first game and that was a glitch where I was unable to interact with objects on optional worlds. A quick load fixes that issue. Sometimes eye mechanics can be a little whacky with some NPC eyeballs looking like they are going to explode out of their heads. It's not enough to ruin the experience, and doesn't affect the overall gameplay, I just wanted to mention it as this is a review. At the time of this writing I am currently playing on version 1.02 for PS4 (Pro). I'm sure upcoming patches will fix this issue. Overall, this is a fantastic trilogy and the new best way to experience Commander Shepard's adventure in full 4k HD visuals. This trilogy has always been my favorite trilogy of all time and I am very glad Bioware gave it the attention it needed. There is a reason that a lot of people consider this the greatest trilogy of all time and I am also glad that it will be experienced by new players for years to come.
Good luck Commanders.
