As a Latina born & living part time in Mexico... In the US we don't use "sobrenombres". Ricardo was always a Debbie Downer on the show. But after his medical incident he is worse. Specifically the "nickname" he uses for Kristal, gigantona, or something like that. Tall girls in schools are picked on with I feel mean names. He should not be allowed to always be so grumpy, acting like a child throwing tantrums & now say whatever he wants. My opinion
