Mr. Scarecrow

I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed by an album in my whole life. Pretty disappointing to say as well, given I’ve been a big fan since City of Evil. Some songs start off good, but then they just throw so many different tempos and styles into it that it just becomes entirely unenjoyable for casual listening. The only way I can imagine myself enjoying the album is if I was as high as a kite. It really feels more like a confused theater performance than it does an album.
