With loads of negative thoughts in my mind, i have watched the FDFS of Varisu with very low expectation. But the result was too good than expected. Vamshi has pulled the tamil audience by adding many references (thalapathy previous movies, TR speech, Moccha kotta song, etc). The comedy combo of yogibabu and thalapathy has worked out well, i couldn't connect much about the emotional scenes but yeah its decent. Director vamshi has used thalapathy in vera level to satisfy his fans by giving his vintage body language, attitude, dance, humour and fights. Families will like this film for sure. Overall, the movie is a decent family entertainer with old template but worked out well in all aspects. Thalapathy pulls this old out-dated drama in his style by engaging his fans with packed entertainer.
