Forget about the critics. This was a great film. I'd say it's one of the best Star Wars movies period...not as good as Empire, Jedi or Rogue One but up there. I love the interaction between Po and Fin. I do think it should've been two movies, and perhaps not so final. It wraps up the story well and I'll be going to see it again...

Very good war movie, that I've seen a couple of times. That said I come away everytime with the same issues: a bit too unrealistic, some scenes were unnecessary like the village breakfast scene, Machine shouldn't be alive. Shia LaBeouf is outstanding. His talent shines through the entire film. Some great cinematographic moments...but could have been a little sharper. Machine is a bit of a distraction.

Great work by Jonah Hill. Soundtrack is pure gold - I love the nod to intelligent West Coast hip hop like Souls of Mischief. Acting was excellent especially Sunburn and his older brother. Great cameo by Jerrod Carmichael. It did remind me of 'Kids' - which is not a bad thing , a testament to how influentual that movie was to an entire generation, I'm guessing Hill is a fan. The only problem with this is that it's too short. I'll be watching this again and I'm guessing all the young actors will have great careers ahead of them. Great casting, great story, great acting, wish it was longer.

It was good but I felt like Robert De Niro wasn't the right actor for the part of Sheerhan. Gary Oldman or Sean Penn perhaps better choices. Pacino and Pesci carried the film. Some scenes were unnecessary and it doesn't need to be as long as it is. Whereas I'd watch a number if Scorcese's films over and over again, I don't think I'd watch this again....just my 2 cents
