I have been anticipating this series ever since seeing the trailer. I mainly wanted to watch because of Idris. But, sadly the writing is very poor. Many of the characters lines are cringeworthy and annoying, many of the main character’s dialogue with one another is met with aggressive replies and they won’t let each other get a simple ,yet vital message across without the other person berating them or rushing them and always coming across as annoyed at the character who has crucial information to share. The hijackers over-act in many of their scenes, and again the lines are awful. I wanted to stop watching after the Captain beat his co-pilot in the cockpit in the first 20 minutes and let the hijackers take over. That was utterly unbelievable. It just went down hill after that for me. But, I have decided to stick with it even though I walk away frequently and don’t feel that I’ve missed much.
