I thought the storyline was different. I was interested enough to keep watching it especially as I am a Hugh Laurie and Mark Ruffalo fan. They both portrayed their characters brilliantly. The younger Marie was simply adorable and acted superbly but the adult Marie did not portray a blind person accurately. I found her eye contact not realistic. I worked with legally blind and blind youngsters and unfortunately they did not have the ability to look at me so clearly.
