OMG! Please don’t take your children to see this film. It begins with a heartbreaking scene that I think would be very disturbing to most children and to a lot of adults. The odd thing is that this event doesn’t even need to be in the movie. It happened long in the past and could be recounted by a character rather than shown in all its horror. The rest of the movie is a mix of cute penguin behavior and alternating joy and grief, and several scientists acting selfisly and recklessly, which leads to the near death of the penguin star.
