Those who didn't understand the film it's simply because they didn't know the base story. Who is Vishnu, why does he takes avatar what is his last avatar and what are the prophecies. One can easily get connect to the story even if they heard about the above mentioned loosely here and there. The way director planned to tell the story to the youngsters should be appreciated. And the highest bid goes to the one and only SANTHOSH NARAYAN if it wasn't for his BGM the first would be flop since it was the narration of the cinematic universe. Most of the parts are fiction let's not get into those. WE TRUST THE SUPER HEROS CAN SAVE THE WORLD BUT WE DONT BELIEVE IF A GOD COMES AND SAVE THE WORLD. Lets get connected to the LOST ROOTS AGAIN.

What happened to the team. The story of the villain already made me cry and now who is the villain namsoon? He's already hurt and you made him vulnerable by using her. But he was so head over heels to her. I honestly hate this drama. There are many stories I honestly feel sorry for the villains and this will be the first in my list.

After a long time, I sat on the edge of the chair to watch a movie, loved every bit of it.. the climax along with the Guna song, the way A romantic song turned into a forever friendship song. Kudos to the team🥰🥰🥰

I would choose ayalaan over captain Miller because ayalaan is the family entertainer and you can watch with children. Ofcourse there are some romance sequences but definitely No 18+ romances like usually we see in all Kollywood templates. If you are looking for an entertainer with a family. It's good to go Film. Tattoo is so cute siddharth voice is additional thumbs-up.. Siva as usual gave a justified performance. The comedian team did a great job. A Good Family Entertainer (You can take little KIDS)

One need to know little bit of history and about chola dynasty otherwise you will end up confuse the story with BAHUBALI but it's not. This movie is taken from the EPIC TAMIL NOVEL PONNIYIN SELVAN. Each character from Aditya karikalan to small characters justified their acting. AR Rahman once again justified his OSCAR. Maniratnam sir proved himself once again with the perfect direction and satisfied my expectations. Ofcourse the 2200 pages novel cannot be completely put together in a 6 hours movie( 2 Parts). But if u put aside those expectations and believe in Maniratnam's magic Trust me you will not be disappointed. Much awaited movie for decades is in theatres now. Let's forget Tamil rockers and OTT and welcome our CHOLAS in theatre with open hands.
